Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return: Contact us at support@lzj.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and personalized products are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
